Per Government Code §12950.1 and Senate Bill 778, member agencies are required to self-certify compliance with state-mandated training as of January 1, 2021.

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Board of Directors established a training and risk management reimbursement program for eligible human resource and employment-related training/loss control expenditures.
