ERMA provides member agencies with access to a training and loss control reimbursement program. Each member is allowed reimbursement of up to $2,500 annually for eligible expenditures related to employment-relations training and loss control activities. Courses are classified by six position levels — Mandated, Administrative, Analyst, Supervisor/Manager, Leadership and All Audiences, and are offered in a variety of employment-related topics.
