ERMA provides member agencies with access to a training and loss control reimbursement program. Reimbursement of up to $X,XXX annually, may be sought for eligible expenditures for employment-related training and loss control activities. Courses are classified by six position levels — Mandated, Administrative, Analyst, Supervisor/Manager, Leadership and All Audiences and are offered in a variety of employment-related topics.
