Training Reports Instructions

Register online for Spring Training Workshops at www.agosnet.com/erma

OPTION 1 - Individual Participant Registration

1. Participants log into ERMAnet at www.agosnet.com/erma and click on the "My Training" tab

2. Click on the link to the left for "Live Training"

3. Click on the link “Pre-register for an upcoming live training session in your area” to register for a session

4. Select the desired session

5. Click the “Submit Registration” button at the bottom of the page

6. Sign in at the workshop to verify your attendance

7. After the workshop, your Training Administrator will verify your attendance with the sign-in sheet you signed at the workshop and approve the training

8. Your training administrator has the option to run a training report and/or generate a training certificate for your personnel file

OPTION 2 - Administrator Generated Registration

1. Administrators log into ERMAnet at www.agosnet.com/erma and click on the "Administration" tab

2. Click on the link for "Live Training"

3. Click on the "Manage Registrations for ERMA-sponsored sessions" link

4. Select the desired Workshop from drop down list under Select a Session

5. Click on the "Add a User" icon to register your trainees

6. Click on the desired individuals’ names you would like to register and click the “Click to Add” button

7. Once all the desired individual are listed under the Selected Users column, click the “Register Users” button at the bottom of the page

8. Following the workshop, upon receipt of the session’s sign-in sheet, log into ERMAnet, click on the “Administration” tab and click on “Live Training”

9. Click the “Approve Training” link

10. With your copy of the session’s sign-in sheet, place checks by the names of those you want to approve the training for and click the “Update Training Records” button when complete

11. You may run live training reports and print certificates by clicking on “Training Reports” to the left and selecting “Run report by training session” under Live Training Reports
